Pre-finishing

Now you can have the best of both worlds - the beauty and durability of a solid wide plank hardwood and the immediate gratification of a pre-finished floor.

Pre-finished flooring requires milling with a micro-bevel, and it will then be sanded and have six coats of an aluminum oxide based finish applied. This finish is extremely durable and available in several sheen levels. Please allow up to an additional week of lead time for pre-finishing.

The price for pre-finishing is $2.50 / SF and includes shop end trimming so it's ready to install quickly and easily.
